In a proactive response to the evolving work dynamics, Circles, a subsidiary of Sodexo and a forerunner in delivering work-life balance and employee experience solutions, has meticulously tailored its services. This strategic adaptation aims to holistically address the challenge of aligning employee work-life requisites, maintaining productivity, and nurturing a robust sense of camaraderie in the professional arena.

A recent analytical endeavour by Circles, spearheaded by the Sodexo Insights team alongside YouGov, delved into the preferences of 3,000 participants. The findings elucidated that a favourable work-life balance triumphs as the paramount consideration, barring compensation, among ten factors when individuals are selecting or retaining an employer. The study further unveiled a significant tilt towards the hybrid work model, with over 80% of employees embracing this format as they transition back to the office. Amidst this backdrop, there’s a palpable desire among employees for a work milieu that encourages social interaction and collaborative efforts.

Circles, with its international footprint, transcends the traditional confines of employee support initiatives. It meticulously crafts personalised solutions encompassing work-life balance, community management, and hospitality, thus manifesting tangible benefits for employers. For instance, Circles’ community management offering acts as a mobile concierge for enterprises, orchestrating both on-site and remote events, overseeing employee facilities, and enabling inter-departmental communication. By managing an array of personal daily chores, from mundane administrative tasks to holiday planning, Circles allows employees to channel their focus solely towards their professional responsibilities. This holistic approach not only propels business expansion but also cultivates lively workplace communities, leaving a lasting positive imprint on employees’ lives.

Yohan Dehe, the Chief Executive Officer of Circles, articulates, “The relationship of work has changed drastically in the last several years. More than ever, employees are increasingly looking for a healthy work-life balance and a sense of belonging in the workplace. We provide organisations with the necessary tools to foster a climate of balance, engagement, and growth”

Circles has also disclosed compelling metrics showcasing that employees utilizing their services reclaim an average of three hours per request. Moreover, a notable net promoter score (NPS) of 78 underscores Circles’ triumph in delivering a sterling customer experience, as evidenced across a broad spectrum of members, thereby identifying authentic trends and monitoring the trajectory of business enhancement.

Expressing the ethos of employee well-being, the Head of Benefits UK at BNP Paribas has praised Circles’ services, “We want to help staff with everyday stresses, removing the day to day pressures that can tip them over the threshold. Along with wellbeing, cost of living is a priory. Implementing effective ways of reducing their outgoings where possible and eliminate unwanted pressures and stresses.
