The McLaren 750S, introduced in 2023 as the successor to the award-winning 720S, continues to push the boundaries of high-performance automotive engineering. For 2025, McLaren has unveiled a series of updates to the 750S, highlighted by the new MSO Contrast Packs, which offer a level of customisation and craftsmanship that sets the benchmark for bespoke supercars.

McLaren Special Operations (MSO), the brand’s bespoke personalisation division, has long been celebrated for its meticulous attention to detail and mastery in creating unparalleled paint finishes. The MSO Contrast Packs further enhance this legacy, allowing customers to personalise their 750S with unique exterior and interior treatments. These options reflect the same design ethos that saw MSO create iconic editions such as the 750S with the 3-7-59 Theme.

For the 2025 model year, the MSO Contrast Packs present a new level of personalisation, with 12 pre-configured themes available. However, for those with a more individualised vision, additional custom combinations can be requested, further demonstrating McLaren’s commitment to meeting the unique tastes of its discerning clientele.

MSO Contrast Pack 1 offers a selection of bespoke paint colours exclusive to MSO. This includes vibrant shades such as Volcano Red, Solar Yellow, Napier Green, and Viola Viola, alongside more understated hues like Soho Grey and Tarmac Black. Each exterior colour can be paired with bespoke brake calipers and a pinstripe detail on the door mirror caps, either complementing or contrasting the selected body paint.

For customers seeking a more comprehensive personalisation, MSO Contrast Pack 2 builds on the exterior offerings of Pack 1 by extending the bespoke treatment to the interior. The interior receives full Alcantara upholstery in Carbon Black, accented by MSO motif headrests and colourful details that harmonise with the exterior paint choice, adding a luxurious yet performance-driven touch.

Beyond the new Contrast Packs, McLaren has also expanded the regular options available on the 750S for 2025. A notable addition is the introduction of Stealth badging, featuring black McLaren logos on the front and rear of the car, along with black Speedmark emblems on the wheel centre caps. Furthermore, a new line-fit option of Body Colour Carbon Fibre Front Fenders with Gloss Visual Carbon Fibre Louvres is now available, adding an extra layer of exclusivity and sophistication to the exterior.

In homage to McLaren’s racing heritage, the 2025 750S features a Papaya orange Stop/Start button, a nod to the company’s traditional racing colour, first seen on the M6A Can-Am racer in 1967. This historic hue became synonymous with the McLaren Formula 1 team the following year and remains a powerful symbol of the brand’s racing pedigree.

According to George Biggs, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at McLaren Automotive, the 750S has been a resounding success since its introduction, receiving critical acclaim from both the media and customers. “The Model Year enhancements for 750S, combined with new options from McLaren Special Operations, ensure that it remains a benchmark-defining supercar, delivering exclusivity and exceptional craftsmanship,” said Biggs.

In addition to the 2025 750S, McLaren’s strengthened line-up now includes the new Artura Spider and coupe, as well as the GTS, reinforcing the brand’s position as a leader in the high-performance automotive space. These models, including the highly customisable 750S, are available to order through McLaren’s global network of retailers, which spans 40 markets across more than 100 locations worldwide.

For customers who wish to further personalise their McLaren, MSO also offers the opportunity for a virtual specification session, where clients can collaborate with the team to create a truly bespoke vehicle. This service underscores McLaren’s dedication to delivering a highly personalised ownership experience, ensuring that each car is as unique as its owner.
