Luxury real estate is evolving. Some of the world’s leading car brands are now designing homes that reflect the same attention to detail and craftsmanship as their vehicles. These residences don’t just carry a logo, they take automotive design, materials, and lifestyle and turn it into spaces that people live in. From Miami’s waterfront towers to Mediterranean villas and Bangkok’s skyline, these homes offer thoughtful, luxurious living spaces inspired by the vehicles themselves.
Pagani Residences, North Bay Village, Miami
Positioned on the tranquil edges of Biscayne Bay, Pagani Residences is the Italian marque’s first foray into residential living. The 28-storey waterfront tower is markedly boutique with just 70 homes designed with interiors curated by Pagani Arte that echo the same tactile language of Horacio Pagani’s hypercars.
“We aim for absolute excellence, even in the details you don’t see.”
Horacio Pagani, Engineer and Founder, Pagani Automobili

Every residence, whether a two-bedroom corner home or a sprawling penthouse, is positioned to offer panoramic bay views and expansive outdoor living spaces. Ceilings soar above three metres, creating a sense of breadth and light that complements the tower’s floor-to-ceiling glazing. Garages are available for purchase with units, reinforcing the notion that automotive expression and daily life are inseparable here.

A 240-foot boardwalk and private marina front the property, enabling residents to slip directly onto the water. Shared amenities include a rooftop pool with cabanas and summer kitchens, a spa and wellness space, fitness centre, and co-working lounges designed for extended stays or remote work. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and developed by Riviera Horizons, the tower blends Mediterranean architectural references with the precision Pagani is known for, every detail mapped to the sensibilities of collectors and connoisseurs.
Aston Martin Residences, Downtown Miami
In downtown Miami, Aston Martin Residences stands as one of the tallest residential towers south of New York City, its sculptural silhouette drawing on nautical cues for a refined yet assertive presence on the skyline. Completed in 2024 and rising 66 storeys, the building’s proportions were influenced by sculptors and design principals close to the marque, and the interiors reflect a respect for craft and material subtlety.

The residences, ranging from one-bedroom homes to large multi-level penthouses, feature deep terraces and large spans of glass that frame views of Biscayne Bay, the city skyline, and the Miami River. The building is anchored by a full-service marina capable of accommodating superyachts, a helipad, and a suite of resident amenities such as an infinity pool high above the city, fitness and spa facilities, and private lounges. Many units were sold upon release, underlining strong global demand for branded residences that feel bespoke without being ostentatious.
Porsche Design Tower, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami
The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach was among the first residential developments to integrate vehicles into private living spaces and it remains a defining precedent in branded real estate. Its defining feature, glass-walled robotic car elevators that transport vehicles directly to in-unit garages, transforms the act of returning home into a ritualistic part of daily life for collectors.

Interiors emphasise clean lines, engineered precision, and an openness that frames ocean and bay vistas with minimal interruption. The tower’s amenity suite is extensive, including a spa, golf simulator, private screening rooms, and resident lounges tailored to the lifestyle expectations of Porsche clientele. This project established a new typology in branded residential design where engineering integration meets high-end living and continues to influence developments worldwide.
Mercedes-Benz Places, Brickell, Miami
With Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami’s Brickell district, the German manufacturer takes a broader approach: the brand’s first major residential project in North America is not just a building but an urban ecosystem. Designed in collaboration with top architectural and interior teams, the project spans roughly 130,000 square feet of resident-focused amenities and hospitality spaces.

Residences range from studios to three-bedroom homes with floor-to-ceiling windows, engineered hardwood floors, and finely tuned appliances, complemented by a palette of warm woods and chrome highlights that nod to Mercedes’ product design. While there is no direct automotive garage integration as seen in Porsche or Bentley buildings, the lifestyle programming is elaborate. Residents have access to an on-site Mercedes-Benz race car simulator, multiple pools, rooftop lounges, cocktail bars, co-working lounges, a recording studio, and spaces tailored to wellness including saunas and steam rooms.

A landscaped park connects directly to the surrounding urban fabric, offering pedestrian paths, courts, and green space. Mercedes-Benz Places is as much about curated community as it is about residential design, a holistic residential fabric that leverages one of the most recognisable brands in the world to create an environment that reflects a wide spectrum of contemporary living preferences.
Bentley Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami
Scheduled for completion in late 2027, Bentley Residences pushes automotive integration further. The 62-floor tower incorporates the advanced “Dezervator” lift system, which allows cars to ascend directly into private residences. Each residence includes an adjacent garage space crafted with proportions that can accommodate multiple vehicles, depending on layout. Balconies on every floor are generous, often featuring private heated swimming pools and outdoor kitchens overlooking the Atlantic.

Bentley’s interior language, leather-wrapped surfaces, refined woods, and metal detailing drawn from its automotive DNA, extends into common spaces such as the whisky bar, private dining rooms, cinema, and wellness facilities. Elements of brand heritage are woven throughout the social amenity spaces, including bespoke furniture and finishes. Price points reflect the bespoke nature of the product, with many homes trading in the high-single to multi-million-dollar ranges.
Tierra Viva by Lamborghini, Benahavís, Spain
Beyond high-rise towers, Lamborghini has entered the gated villa segment with Tierra Viva, an exclusive community of just 53 villas perched above the Mediterranean in Benahavís near Marbella. Designed in collaboration with expert partners, these properties range from four to six bedrooms and are inspired by the proportions, gestures, and material sensibilities of Lamborghini’s automotive aesthetic featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic sea views, and sculptural forms that echo supercar profiles.

Select villas incorporate advanced car elevator technology that parallels automotive garage integration in high-rise contexts, allowing vehicles to be part of the everyday experience. Interiors combine open living spaces with private spa suites, home cinemas, bespoke wine cellars, and infinity pools that draw the eye toward the sea. The community’s architecture responds to the hillside topography, ensuring privacy and uninterrupted vistas.
Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, Sukhumvit, Thailand
Set to complete in late 2028, Porsche Design Tower Bangkok brings the automotive residence concept to Asia for the first time. The 21-storey tower houses 22 duplex and quadplex “Sky Villas,” each featuring bespoke “Passion Spaces,” dedicated gallery-like garages tailored to the lifestyle of collectors.

The design reflects Porsche’s focus on proportion and function, with interiors that combine high-quality finishes, smart home technology, and layouts designed for everyday comfort. Thoughtful details, from the signature crown lighting at the top of the tower to the curated amenities, create a building that feels as much about living well as it does about style.
A New Language of Luxury
Automotive-branded residences show how cars and homes can share the same attention to design, material, and lifestyle. These properties are more than a name on a door, they are carefully crafted to integrate proportion, technology, and daily experience. Choosing a home from Pagani, Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, or Lamborghini today is about living in a space that reflects taste, thoughtfulness, and a particular way of life.
From Miami to Marbella and Bangkok, these developments point to the future of luxury real estate, where architecture, interiors, and amenities are all designed to work together.
