Valentine’s Day brings a wide range of romantic experiences across Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, giving couples plenty of ways to celebrate, whether that means a relaxed evening by the sea, a stylish night in the city, or a quiet wellness escape together.

From intimate dinners for two to rooftop celebrations and calming spa moments, both properties offer experiences designed to suit different moods and plans, all centred around exquisite dishes, beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality.

At the beachfront resort, couples can enjoy open-air dining, private cabanas and peaceful sea views, while the Dubai International Financial Centre hotel offers a more urban setting with standout dining and a calm retreat in the heart of the city. Across both hotels, the focus is on giving couples the freedom to celebrate in their own way.
A Taste of Romance
Shai Salon introduces its Valentine’s pastry, Blooming Hearts, available from 9 to 15 February 2026. The dessert combines elderflower mousse, lemon marmalade, almond biscuit and elderflower jelly, finished in red velvet and delicate chocolate decoration. Guests can enjoy it in the lounge with almond milk ice cream or take it away as a thoughtful surprise.

Jou Jou Brasserie welcomes guests throughout 14 February, from breakfast through to late evening, serving Mediterranean favourites in a relaxed seaside setting. From 7:00pm, couples can settle in for dinner, ending the meal with Chef Nicolas Lambert’s special Blooming Hearts dessert.

Sea Fu offers dining throughout the day and evening with its à la carte menu, while couples looking for something more special can book an intimate tasting menu between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. Wine pairings are available, and a fully vegan tasting menu is also offered.
Rooftop Celebrations and Private Beachfront Dinners
Mercury Rooftop becomes one of the city’s most romantic spots on 14 February, welcoming guests from early evening until late. Live saxophone music fills the space from 10:30pm to 1:00am, while couples can capture the moment at a rose-themed Perrier-Jouët photo corner. À la carte desserts complete the evening, all set against views of Dubai’s sparkling skyline.

For couples who prefer something more private, the resort offers three dining experiences from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Pool Villa Dinner provides a secluded setting within private villas, while Beach Cabana Dinner places couples right by the water in a cosy beachfront setup.
The Ultra-Luxury Beach Cabana Dinner adds extra touches including Dom Pérignon Brut, beautiful floral arrangements, a bouquet to take home, artisan chocolates and live violin music, creating an unforgettable evening by the sea.
A Spa Escape
The Pearl Spa and Wellness at Jumeirah offers Together Time Massages designed for couples, available in 60 or 90-minute sessions within private suites. Couples can also extend their visit with extra time in the suite, enjoying facilities such as a steam room, bathtub and outdoor terrace.

Early risers can start the day with Floating Morning Bliss, a guided yoga and breathing session on the resort’s floating deck. As the sun rises over the sea, couples can enjoy a calm and refreshing start to Valentine’s Day together.
Omakase for Two
At Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, romance takes centre stage at KIGO restaurant, where just one couple is welcomed each evening on 13 and 14 February. Sushi Head Chef Ebata prepares a seasonal omakase menu in a private setting, creating a truly personal dining experience. Reservations are handled directly to ensure every detail is arranged in advance.

The Pearl Spa and Wellness DIFC also offers Together Time Massage treatments in shared private suites, giving couples a peaceful break from the city in 60 or 90-minute sessions.

Across both Four Seasons hotels in Dubai, Valentine’s Day experiences range from lively rooftop evenings and beachfront dinners to calming spa moments and private dining. Whether the plan is a big night out or a quiet moment together, couples can choose the setting that feels right and enjoy a memorable Valentine’s Day designed around them.
