Dentsu UK and Ireland has announced the appointment of Indy Saha as Chief Experience Officer (CXO), joining its senior leadership team. This newly established role aims to enhance Dentsu’s capacity to deliver unique advantages to brands by integrating customer experience specialists from Dentsu Creative and Merkle.

Saha’s mandate includes scaling Dentsu’s experience capabilities to address clients’ current business challenges creatively and to prepare them for future success. By unifying experience specialists within the Dentsu group, Saha will lead an integrated community to transform customer interactions with brands. He will report to Anne Stagg, CEO UK&I, Dentsu CXM and Merkle, and Jessica Tamsedge, CEO UK&I, Dentsu Creative, providing a cohesive approach to both practices.

Indy Saha brings nearly 30 years of experience to Dentsu, having previously served as Executive Design Director at IDEO. His career spans significant roles at Brunswick, McKinsey, Google Creative Lab, TBWA\London, Xbox, and Adidas. Throughout his tenure, Saha has connected customer experience with marketing, product, and commerce solutions to support client growth by creating integrated digital experiences, fluid design systems, innovative products, services, and business models utilising cutting-edge technologies.
