Rather than requiring movement between locations, the service brings professional cocktail preparation to wherever guests choose to position themselves, whether on secluded beaches or private terraces overlooking the sea.

Each service begins with their signature Salcombe & Tonic before progressing to unlimited selections from a carefully developed cocktail menu, supported by branded furniture including deckchairs and parasols.
A Bespoke Experience at Lympstone Manor
From poolside positions overlooking the estate’s vineyard to the secluded Shepherd’s Huts nestled within the woodland areas, the Grade II listed Georgian property provides multiple settings for the service. Michael Caines MBE’s property offers 21 individually designed bedrooms alongside six woodland accommodations, creating various environments where the cocktail service can operate effectively.
Guests staying at the Michelin-starred establishment can access the service whilst relaxing beside the heated outdoor pool, which provides views across the 17,500-vine vineyard towards the Exe Estuary and Jurassic Coast. The Signal House Suite provides direct terrace access where the service can operate during sunset hours, while the Secret Suite offers more secluded positioning for guests preferring privacy.
