AIM Experience Group launches two new tiers for private travel

Experience Group, the digital private members' club built around high-octane travel, has launched two new tiers: AIM Explorer for individuals and AIM Collective for companies. Led by Co-Founder Andrey Makiyevskiy and a senior team drawn from The Savoy, Claridge's and Corinthia London, the club trades the traditional clubhouse for shared journeys. Recent highlights include private access to the King's Chamber inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, a 007-inspired helicopter flight across Iceland and Formula Renault racing on a fully privatised circuit. Paris couture ateliers are next on the list

AIM Experience Group has launched two new membership tiers, AIM Explorer for individuals and AIM Collective for companies. The digital private members’ club connects like-minded people through exclusive, high-octane experiences, with cultural immersion and privileged access at the heart of every itinerary. The new structure opens a fresh chapter for the group.

Demand for private membership communities continues to climb worldwide. AIM has chosen to do without a bricks-and-mortar clubhouse altogether, bringing members together through immersive, story-led journeys in some of the world’s most remarkable settings.

The change responds to member feedback and to growing interest from private individuals, family offices and forward-thinking businesses. One tier focuses on deeply personal, curated travel. The other delivers high-impact, experience-led programmes for companies, giving the club a formal footing in both private and corporate circles.

Open road membership

Digital travel clubs and loyalty communities have grown steadily in popularity, with Velocity Black and Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty programme among the better-known names. AIM takes the model a step further. Its calendar centres on access to places that are usually closed to the public, often at hours when nobody else is around.

The wider market gives the idea plenty of room to run. Research by Growth Market Reports forecasts that the global private members’ club market will nearly double, rising from $31.7 billion in 2024 to $59.1 billion by 2033, an annual growth rate of 7.2%. AIM’s answer to that demand is a community with no fixed address, meeting on the road through a year-round programme rooted in cultural insight.

The founding idea was to swap the shared walls of a traditional club for shared journeys. Membership connects people through a common passion for travel, and friendships form in the places they discover together.

“AIM Experience Group was created to bridge a gap, replacing shared walls with shared journeys, while using travel to spark genuine community and connection in the world’s most extraordinary settings. We’ve evolved by listening carefully to our members and doubling down on what sets us apart – human expertise and the ability to design experiences that bring people together in ways traditional clubs and travel simply cannot.”

Andrey Makiyevskiy, Co-Founder of AIM Experience Group

Every itinerary is shaped by specialists, and the emphasis falls on being fully present in each moment. The two new tiers give that approach a sharper, more practical shape.

Signature Member Experiences are designed for intimate groups of 8 to 18, each shaped around a unifying theme drawn from the community’s shared interests. Every experience can also be adapted for private or corporate use, scaled down for a close gathering or planned around a company’s objectives.

Pyramids and glaciers

Egypt has been a standout. Members spent a private evening at the Grand Egyptian Museum and dined within the historic halls of Abdeen Palace. They watched sunrise on the Giza Plateau in solitude before public opening, then entered the King’s Chamber inside the Great Pyramid of Giza with private access.

Iceland took a cinematic turn with a 007-inspired itinerary. A helicopter flight crossed volcanic terrain with the stunt pilot from the Bond film Die Another Day at the controls. Dinner followed at the centre of a lagoon, beside the site where the film’s ice palace was built.

Desert and racetrack

Morocco delivered a sensory journey through Marrakech, opening with a sunrise hot air balloon flight over the Atlas Mountains. Members enjoyed exclusive access to Jardin Majorelle. Dining arrived as a trilogy of fully privatised experiences at Dar Yacout, the Moroccan Culinary Art Museum and a secluded oasis camp in the Agafay Desert.

The European programme moved at a considerably higher speed. A motorsport journey through Switzerland, Germany and France turned members into racing drivers, ending at a fully privatised Anneau du Rhin circuit. There, they took the wheel of Formula Renault cars and competed for the fastest lap times.

What’s Next

The forthcoming calendar keeps the same blend of culture and adrenaline. Paris becomes a canvas, with private access to couture ateliers followed by a candlelit celebration in historic Champagne cellars.

Vienna brings dinner in a gilded palais and a private box at the opera. Further south, members will drive Ferraris through the Swiss Alps before boarding a helicopter for a flight around Mont Blanc.

The team

Andrey Makiyevskiy leads a multidisciplinary senior team spanning luxury hospitality, travel, venture capital and experiential events. He is known for a meticulous, detail-driven approach, pairing strategic vision with operational rigour and investment acumen. Under his direction, the business has grown from a pioneering members’ club into a global group operating across travel, experiences and sports hospitality.

Chief Operating Officer Ian Kidd joins from a career that includes The Savoy, Claridge’s and Mandarin Oriental Paris. Rae Etherington, Director of Business Development & Member Community, has worked in luxury hospitality, VIP sales around Formula 1™ events, boutique hotels, restaurants and a private, high-end conciergerie.

Completing the line-up is Prudence Stubbs, Head of Experiences & Strategic Partnerships. She is an expert in bespoke experiential design, with a background across Caprice Holdings, Corinthia London and Shangri-La London. Between them, the team brings grand hotel standards to the business of moving small groups around the world.

AIM Explorer

AIM Explorer is the club’s core personal membership, built for individuals who want bespoke travel, meaningful shared experiences and culturally rich moments. Each journey is tailored to the member’s own tastes, pace and interests. Every detail is intentional, shaped by human expertise and careful attention to precision.

Members receive access to experiences through the first release window, a useful head start given the small group sizes. A dedicated Experiential Travel Designer manages bespoke trip design, bookings and end-to-end logistics. A private app brings reservations, travel inspiration and account management together in one place.

AIM Collective

AIM Collective turns travel into strategic value for modern organisations. The club designs journeys for leadership and executive retreats, team building, AGMs and client engagement, each one meticulously planned and executed. It can act as an in-house travel partner or as an extension of a company’s own team, taking complex logistics off the desk and saving valuable time.

Membership includes hands-on travel execution support and access to the private app for planning and sharing ideas. Two team members are invited to an exclusive AIM Collective networking experience from 2027. Company principals can also join an AIM Explorer experience of their choice, a natural route into the club’s wider global community.
