Gartner’s 2025 Hype Cycle for Artificial Intelligence places AI-ready data and AI agents among the fastest advancing technologies of the moment, and both rely on strong data integration foundations to reach their potential. Gartner research also notes that fewer than 30% of AI leaders currently report CEO satisfaction with AI investment returns, and the gap between expectation and outcome most often comes down to integration.
