In a decisive move to sharpen performance across its portfolio, Kering has announced the creation of two new Group Centres of Excellence, Industry and Client, designed to strengthen operational efficiency and support the sustainable growth of its Houses.
The restructuring forms part of a broader evolution of the Group platform, providing a more unified framework, deeper shared expertise and enhanced strategic leverage. Relevant teams within each House will now report functionally to these new divisions, reinforcing alignment while preserving creative independence.
Strengthening the Industrial Backbone
The newly formed Industry division consolidates purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and research & development under one cohesive structure. The objective is clear: to elevate industrial excellence while safeguarding the highest standards of compliance, traceability and craftsmanship.
Appointed Chief Industrial Officer, Stéphane Noël will assume his role on April 2026, joining the Executive Committee and reporting directly to CEO Luca de Meo.

Stéphane brings three decades of international leadership across complex, large-scale manufacturing operations. His experience spans senior roles at Hutchinson, OPmobility, and most recently FORVIA, where he oversaw 40,000 employees across 77 industrial sites and nine R&D centres in 20 countries. At Kering, his mandate is to structure and future-proof the Group’s industrial organisation while enhancing supply performance from source to store, in close collaboration with the Houses.
Elevating the Client Experience
Complementing this industrial focus is the creation of the Client division, which will be a strategic hub overseeing product and pricing, marketing, distribution channels, sales and operations planning, and data. The ambition is to embed a more cohesive, data-driven and experience-led approach across every client touchpoint.
Taking the helm as Chief Client Officer from May 2026, Carlo Mocci joins the Executive Committee, also reporting directly to Luca de Meo.
Carlo’s career shows a breadth of deep expertise in client-centric transformation. Having begun at McKinsey & Company, he went on to hold senior leadership roles at Amazon Europe and Deliveroo, where he led international growth strategies and redefined consumer engagement models. His appointment is intended to accelerate the rollout of the Group’s client strategy, leveraging innovative growth frameworks and a strong command of global markets.
Reporting to Carlo, Fedele Usai has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. With 25 years of experience spanning luxury, publishing, multimedia content and communications, his career has included leadership roles at TBWA Italia, Condé Nast and Dolce & Gabbana. At Kering, he will define the Group’s overarching marketing strategy, supporting the Houses across branding, media, CRM and experiential initiatives.

Also within the Client division, Daniele Zito, appointed Chief Commercial Officer in January 2026, is responsible for shaping the Group’s distribution strategy across retail, including e-commerce, and wholesale networks. A former consultant at Bain & Company, Daniele spent nine years at Gucci, the last five as President of Gucci Japan, bringing both strategic precision and operational depth to the role.

“Our Houses are the heart of Kering, and the Group platform is there to support their growth and performance. With these new centres of excellence, we are clarifying the organisation, connecting the teams and ensuring efficiency across the Group to give our Houses the means to go faster and further.”
Luca de Meo, Chief Executive Officer, Kering
As a global luxury group encompassing Houses such as Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato, Qeelin and Ginori 1735, alongside Kering Eyewear and Kering Beauté, the Group continues to refine the balance between creative autonomy and collective strength.
With 44,000 employees and revenue of €14.7 billion in 2025, Kering’s latest structural evolution signals a measured and confident step forward, placing industrial rigour and client intelligence firmly at the core of its next chapter.
