The luxury cruise sector continues to evolve rapidly, with leading operators setting ever-higher standards for oceanfront living. Regent Seven Seas Cruises takes this progression to its pinnacle with the introduction of the Skyview Regent Suite – the most opulent address at sea.
A New Standard in Suite Design
Spanning 817 square metres across two levels, the suite is the largest of its kind in the all-inclusive luxury cruise category. With a nightly rate of £20,000 it features lavish amenities, including a private gymnasium, sauna, expansive walk-in closet, formal in-suite dining area, and in-suite elevator. Positioned atop the 77,000-tonne Seven Seas Prestige, which will host 822 guests at full capacity, the suite was designed by Studio DADO, with a modern Italian aesthetic and bespoke craftsmanship.
Accommodating up to six guests, the suite features 344 square metres of wraparound balcony space, delivering uninterrupted sea views. Studio DADO’s vision for the suite centres on understated elegance, expressed through refined materials and ambient lighting. Its two-storey layout allows for distinct zones tailored to entertainment, relaxation, and wellness, while maintaining a cohesive visual narrative.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a grand entrance hall featuring sculptural leather panelling and dramatic lighting. A floating natural stone staircase and private elevator establish an immediate sense of scale and exclusivity. The main floor houses a formal dining area, a library-style lounge, and integrated service stations designed to discreetly support in-suite dining.
Details That Define the Luxury Experience
The upper level is dedicated entirely to the primary suite, beginning with a tranquil sitting area that transitions into the bedroom. A handcrafted bed by renowned Italian brand Flou is positioned to optimise ocean views. The spa-inspired bathroom incorporates twin vanities, a hand-carved floating bathtub, sauna facilities, and an expansive walk-in shower.
A boutique-style dressing room features a central island and glass-front cabinetry, while the suite’s private gymnasium includes multifunctional training equipment, a yoga zone, and a massage room. These features allow guests to enjoy a complete wellness regime without leaving their accommodation.
At £20,000 per night, the Skyview Regent Suite includes a personal butler, daily Serene Spa & Wellness treatments, and private fitness sessions. Portside transfers are managed via a private car, complete with driver and guide. The all-inclusive service extends to unlimited laundry, personalised stationery, and a bespoke linen and pillow menu.
