Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel brand, debuts its first private jet experience: ‘Legendary Journeys – The Ultimate Private Jet Experience’, created in partnership with Bucketlist Xperiences. The 17-night itinerary spans Singapore, India, Rwanda, Kenya, Greece, Morocco, and London, blending once-in-a-lifetime adventures with stays at exceptional independent hotels, including four from the brand’s prestigious Legend Collection.

The aircraft itself has been reimagined as a flying private members’ club. Lie-flat leather seats, gourmet meals prepared mid-flight by a private chef, curated wines, and a 17-member crew ensure comfort without compromise. VIP airport access, seamless transfers, and a dedicated photographer mean guests can focus on what matters, the experience itself.

Highlights include gorilla trekking in Rwanda, a royal celebration in Jaipur, sunset sailing off Santorini, private wildlife encounters in Kenya, and desert dining beneath Morocco’s stars.

Eastern Promises and Royal Pageantry

Rooftop cocktails as the sun dips behind the skyline create an atmosphere both relaxed and anticipatory, a gentle immersion into travel that prioritises discovery over haste. Two nights allow guests to settle into the rhythm of the journey, exploring curated culinary experiences, private city tours, and the quietly vibrant contrasts between Singapore’s historic quarters and its gleaming modern architecture, all before returning to the comfort of the waiting jet.

The transition to India brings guests to Jaipur’s Leela Palace, where three nights unfold against Rajasthan’s most spectacular palatial architecture. Its richly decorated interiors, and expansive courtyards provide an authentic taste of royal India, while VIP access to the Taj Mahal and Amber Fort ensures encounters with heritage that remain unspoiled by crowds.

The highlight is a full Royal Wedding Celebration, which immerses guests in centuries-old traditions, offering the rare opportunity to witness rituals passed down through generations. Away from grand palaces, private wildlife reserves reveal India’s tiger conservation work, where guests experience not only the majesty of the animals but the dedication of those who protect them, accompanied by the sensory details that linger such as the scent of spice markets, the texture of intricate palace carvings, and the warmth of local hospitality.

African Majesty and Starry Skies

Rwanda’s Kigali hosts a private reception with President Kagame, a rare opportunity even for the most connected travellers. Helicopter flights over the Virunga Mountains lead to Volcanoes National Park, home to majestic mountain gorillas.

Treks are paired with exclusive sessions with specialists from the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and Mountain Gorilla Veterinary Project to provide insightful education about ongoing conservation efforts. Meanwhile, presentations by Ignite Power founders demonstrate how sustainable solar innovation is transforming Sub-Saharan Africa, adding contemporary relevance to the conservation narrative.

Kenya extends this African chapter with three nights in luxury safari tents positioned for optimal Great Migration viewing. The locations either andBeyond Suyian Lodge in Laikipia or Angama Mara in the Maasai Mara, provide front-row seats to one of nature’s most spectacular annual events, complemented by Big Five game drives and sunrise hot-air balloon safaris that conclude with Champagne breakfast in the bush.

Mediterranean Serenity and Desert Stars

Santorini offers a change of pace at Andronis Luxury Suites, where cliff-top positions provide caldera views that have become synonymous with Greek island luxury. Private plunge pools and sunset sailing aboard luxury yachts create the restorative interlude that extended luxury travel requires.

The wine experiences here focus on rare Assyrtiko vintages, while dinners unfold in historic mansions accompanied by local musicians. These moments acknowledge that genuine luxury often lies in simplicity executed to perfection rather than elaborate spectacle.

Marrakech provides the journey’s final act of cultural immersion. Three nights at the Mandarin Oriental serve as a base for medina exploration, Berber village visits for tea with local families, and traditional hammam rituals. Mountain adventures culminate in desert dining beneath star-filled skies, accompanied by live Gnawa musicians whose performances connect guests directly to Morocco’s musical heritage.

A London Epilogue

The Londoner in Leicester Square provides an appropriately sophisticated conclusion. As the world’s first ‘super boutique’ hotel, it offers the perfect environment for reflection on the preceding 16 nights.

Rooftop Champagne toasts overlook the city while spa treatments provide final moments of indulgence before exclusive tours of London’s most iconic landmarks.
